Overview of QBY3 Perfluoroplastic Third Generation Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump
The QBY3 series pneumatic diaphragm pump can pump flowing liquids and dry powders, as well as transport some non flowing media. It has many advantages over self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps, and impurity pumps. Mainly used for transporting corrosive, toxic, and volatile liquids. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps with corresponding materials can be selected according to different conveying materials.

1. No need for irrigation and water diversion, suction up to 5 meters, lift up to 70 meters, outlet pressure ≥ 0.8Mpa
2. Spacious flow and good performance, allowing for the passage of large particles with a diameter of up to 10 millimeters. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump;
3. The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7 bar)

The pump has no rotating parts, shaft seals, diaphragms, etc. The medium pumped is completely separated from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward. Installation condition requirements
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
